Science has proved that we are all connected. We are all part of one big computer and between us we file share all the time. Each one of us is a little stream of data and we exchange it with other people all the time.

Have you ever wondered where your email goes when you press send? We don’t really do we? We trust the Internet as an invisible link between us and the person we want to contact. It is now time for you to trust your invisible links between you and your world and learn how you have the power to create your own existence.

The purpose of life is one of the biggest questions ever asked and only you can work out what your purpose is going to be but now that you know that you are like a computer, a little stream of data it is now up to you to down load those applications that will enable you to evolve and create the life of your dreams and not have to turn to second life to live out your thoughts.

Ghandi said “be the change you want to see in the world” That’s all good and well but how often do we take on his wisdom, take stock, look and ask ourselves what changes we want right now.

We all do a very good job at filling up with fakeness. We take cocaine to make us confident, speed to make us thinner, we drink to remove us from our reality and we use our credit cards to create fake riches that only bring us down in the long run.

How can you have the time to turn the words of Ghandi on your own life when you are busy filling yourself up with this bullshit and providing yourself with illegal medicinal cover-ups?

Getting what we want has to come for inside, each and everyone of us has to find a way to make the energy that makes us tick become the same energy that gets us our contented changes. Otherwise we will spend our lives sobering up, spending up and coming down over and over again.

Change is hard, it makes good use of all our fears and its irony is it is the one thing in life we can rely on.

Rely on change and rely on nothing else. Become a warrior within your own journey that allows everyone else’s shit to pass you by as your focus is on your sturdiness, a rock that is about to turn into a diamond.

We may think that we are doing nothing to deserve our current situation but more often than not due to being the nice guy we are attracting people and events that we could just do without.

It is out our decision to how we spend our time and who with. Are you making the right choices?

If the passengers with you on your current journey don’t allow you to get to your destination quicker and easier then it is time to off load the weighty buggers.

Who is it right now that you are putting up with? Who is it that you feel obligated to see? Who do you dread speaking to when you see their name flashing up on your mobile phone? Who is draining your energy; your wallet and making you get wrinkles before your time?

Are your parents just so depressed about their own lives that they try and take you down with them by picking on you for just about everything you do. Are they creating a no win situation and whatever you do, they still enjoy making you feel like a failure.

Does your mate Dave make you feel guilty for not spending every Saturday lunchtime with him eating pie and drinking beer in the local pub, time after time after time again.

Are you the “boring” one in your mates as you don’t double drop at 4 in the morning because you have to work the next day?

Who are the 5 people you are hanging out with the most right now? Rumour has it that your friends are an extension of your personality and what you want from life. Like it or not, you will become most like the people you send the most time with.

It’s time to de magnetize your shit magnet, loose the thieves and get back your dreams.

How to Loose Them

1: Make a list of all these negative people in your life (Probably best that you do this on some spare bog roll. They are causing you enough strive, the last thing you need is for them to have more ammo to throw at you if they see this)

2: Write down the good and bad thing about your relationship

3: What are the consequences for removing this person from your life? Write them down. Will they seriously die if you give them a wide birth? Remember cockroaches will always find a new place to feed.

4: Write a list of all the people you like spending time with or the types of people you would like to find within your inner circle if you don’t have them yet.

5: Time to Terminate

Now you don’t need to hire a hit man, things aren’t that bad and your life is not in danger but it is time to avoid them like they have swine flu.

Do not take their telephone calls or politely end them when the person starts to complain or try to make you feel guilty.

Be busy and make excuses to why you can see them. Do not sit near them, do not eat lunch with them or drink their problems away with them on a Friday night. It will be tough but remember you are important and you deserve the best. Do you want to be tarnished with the same brush?

Do not email them, or drunken text them due to feeling guilty, you are doing nothing wrong by spending your time with people whom inspire you and encourage you.

Remember like hangs around with like. Hang out with those you admire, that you want to become and most importantly make you laugh. You are a good person and deserve to be around good people.

Do you want to be a like your mate Dave, Your Mum or your boss in 5 years time. Spend your time with people who are positive.

When it comes to relatives this will be harder, it’s not like you can completely cut your mum or brother from your life. You can still maintain contact, that’s what Christmas’s, weddings and funerals are for surely. But seriously and on a more sensible note we do all have responsibilities but try and work out a plan that suits you. If you do your mums shopping for her, do it online. Walk your grandparents dog whilst doing your daily run, cancel your gym membership and spend the £50 a month on paying of your credit card and get the body you have been dreaming about at the same time. A TOTAL PLAN! And best of all your in total control of this win win situation.

I had a friend once whom screamed at me drunk once for being boring as I didn’t want to go and party with her on the 1^st anniversary of my sweethearts suicide.. we don’t see each other much anymore. We can’t make excuses for people all the time no matter how much we love them.

5: Make arrangements to be busy with all the friends that inspire you, the friends you want to grow up to be like and if you aren’t mixing with them yet go find them, make new connections. One of the best ways I have found to meet interesting people is through interesting art and culture fundraisers but for you, you need to work it out and you will. Go alone to the places your current mates don’t go to if you have too, volunteer or take an extra job in the places you want to be part of. It is all about taking action
